These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your relationship with 5algo (“we”, “us”, or “our”), the operator of the website 5algo.in (“Site”) and the provider of mentorship-driven, offline classroom-based learning programs and professional services based in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan.
By accessing our Site or enrolling in our offline batches, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services and Enrollment
Offline Focus: 5algo primarily provides offline, in-person educational courses, workshops, and mentorship programs ("Services"). While the Site may be used for information and registration, the core delivery of our programs occurs at our physical center.
Eligibility: Enrollment is open to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under Indian law. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must handle the enrollment process.
Course Allotment: Enrollment is subject to seat availability in specific batches. A seat is considered "allotted" only after full payment and receipt of a formal confirmation from 5algo.
2. Definitions
"Batch" means a specific offline group scheduled for a set duration and curriculum.
"Course Fees" means the total amount payable for a learning program.
"Student" means any individual enrolled in a 5algo program.
"Mentor/Teacher" means the individuals appointed by 5algo to deliver the curriculum.
3. Payment and Refund Policy
Strict Policy: We follow a Strict No-Refund and No-Cancellation Policy once a seat is booked or a service is purchased.
Non-Allocation: A refund is only eligible if a student has not been allotted a seat in a batch or the service has not been fulfilled within 90 days of payment.
Processing: Verified refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment source.
4. Classroom Conduct & Safety
Offline Etiquette: Students are expected to maintain professional decorum at the physical training center. 5algo reserves the right to terminate the enrollment of any student engaging in disruptive, abusive, or harassing behavior without a refund.
Child Safety: We are committed to a safe learning environment. Mentors and staff are required to treat all students with empathy and respect. Any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the authorities.
Property: Students are responsible for the safety of their own devices (laptops, etc.) brought to the center. 5algo is not liable for loss or damage to personal property.
5. Intellectual Property
Ownership: All curriculum, course materials, logos, and digital content on the Site are the exclusive property of 5algo.
License: Students are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use course materials for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. Recording of offline classes or redistribution of 5algo materials is strictly prohibited.
6. User Conduct (Online & Offline)
You agree not to:
Copy, record, or "scrape" content from our Site or classroom sessions.
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of 5algo.
Recruit or solicit 5algo members for competing third-party services.
Falsify your identity or affiliation during registration.
7. Limitation of Liability
Offline Interaction: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the risk arising out of your attendance at offline classes remains with you. 5algo is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
Disclaimers: Our services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific employment outcomes, though we provide mentorship to assist in skill-building.
8. Termination
5algo may instantly terminate this agreement and your access to classes if:
You materially breach these Terms.
You violate local or national laws.
You provide false information during enrollment.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be settled by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan.
Courts: Subject to arbitration, the courts at Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
