Refund and Cancellation Policy for 5 algo

This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations for the offline learning programs and professional services provided by 5algo. We encourage all students and clients to read this document carefully before completing their enrollment or purchase.

1. General Policy: Strict No Refund & No Cancellation

At 5algo, we prioritize quality mentorship and maintain limited batch sizes to ensure personalized attention. Consequently, we operate under a strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy.

  • Finality of Enrollment: Once a payment is made for a learning program or service, it is considered final. No requests for cancellations or withdrawals will be accepted.

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or credits for changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts on the student's part, or a change of mind after the transaction is complete.

  • Non-Transferability: Fees paid for a specific batch or service are non-transferable to other individuals.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund will only be issued under the following two specific circumstances:

  1. Non-Allocation of Seat: If you have paid the full enrollment fee but have not been allotted a seat in the designated batch within 90 days of your payment.

  2. Failure to Fulfill Service: If you have purchased a specific professional service and 5algo fails to initiate or deliver that service within 90 days of the payment date.

3. Verification and Processing

If you meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 2, the following process applies:

  • Verification: All refund claims are subject to a thorough internal audit. We will verify payment receipts, batch allotment logs, and service delivery timelines.

  • Approval: Once the claim is verified and found to be valid, the refund will be approved.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Mode of Refund: The amount will be credited back to the original payment source (Bank Account, UPI, or Card) used at the time of purchase.

4. Batch Rescheduling

In the event that 5algo postpones a batch start date, your enrollment will automatically be moved to the new start date. A refund will only be triggered if the delay exceeds the 90-day threshold from your original payment date without a seat being provided.
